Barbara Gordon and Tim Drake are attending a Halloween costume party at Graves Mansion dressed as their secret identities (Batgirl and Robin) when Catwoman strikes, stealing the priceless Black Cat Diamond--but with so many guests dressed up as either superheroes or supervillains the two young crime fighters will have to separate the real villain from her many imitators if they hope to retrieve the valuable prize
